How can you access an Exercise Physiologist

Exercise Physiologists can provide general or rehabilitative services to anyone. You do not need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist, however, if you have a Doctor’s referral for a chronic disease management plan, you can receive a Medicare rebate for a maximum of 5 sessions. As Exercise Physiologists, we can also provide our services to anyone with NDIS funding and some sessions may even be claimable through private health (we recommend you check with your private health service that Exercise Physiology services are included under your current cover).
